Rivoli Project

Our Bordeaux Creations Paris 2020
Rivoli Project

Project Overview

Extensive renovations took three months to restore this house to its former glory. To enlarge the living area and maximize natural light, a load-bearing wall between the living room and the conservatory was removed. Two steel beams (IPE) were installed with a post-and-beam system on a concrete foundation beam. A polished concrete slab was poured over the living room floor. A new kitchen was installed, featuring walnut cabinetry and a quartz countertop. Upstairs, the parquet flooring was sanded and varnished, and each bedroom was repainted with modern, neutral colors. The bathroom was completely renovated, including a double vanity unit and wall-hung toilets. To minimize the house's energy consumption, the windows were replaced with double glazing, and a pellet stove was installed in the living room as the main heating source. Finally, the attic was insulated with eco-friendly cellulose insulation.

The Smith family is thrilled with their 110m² home located in a peaceful Paris neighborhood.
