Montchat Project

This beautiful 110m² apartment offered excellent renovation opportunities, and our team redesigned the space to create a more spacious home for the whole family. The old bathroom was relocated to create a bright and airy living room with a large open-plan kitchen. The apartment's original features, such as the fireplaces, doors, and freestanding bathtub, were carefully preserved. Several custom-made pieces of furniture were created: a closet in the entryway, a niche in the bathroom, and a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Finally, the original solid wood parquet flooring throughout the apartment was sanded and varnished to restore its luster.
